Refund policy

We want you to decide with peace of mind. This policy explains when and how payments made to Consultoria Dental CM LLC are refunded.

1. Treatment reservation deposit

The deposit secures your dates on the clinic's schedule in Medellín.

If at the in-person assessment the doctor determines that you are NOT a candidate for the proposed treatment, the deposit is refunded in full.

If you decide not to travel or to cancel for personal reasons, contact us as soon as possible: we will look into rescheduling your dates at no cost when the schedule allows it. The specific cancellation conditions are provided in writing together with your plan, before you pay the deposit.

2. Digital products

The book and other digital products carry a 7 calendar day guarantee from the date of purchase. If the product was not what you expected, write to us within that period and we will refund 100% of the amount paid.

3. How to request a refund

Write to consultoriadentalcm@gmail.com from the email address used for the purchase or payment, indicating the date and the item. We will confirm receipt and, if applicable, issue the refund to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after approval. Final crediting times depend on your bank or card issuer.

4. Treatment payments

Clinical treatment fees are agreed with the clinic in Medellín and are governed by the conditions the clinic provides to you in writing. This policy covers payments made to the Company (reservation deposits and digital products).
