The process, step by step
1. Virtual assessment with the doctor
We schedule a video call with Dra. Carolina Macareno. She reviews your case, your photos and your imaging (X-rays or CT scans if you have them) and answers your questions.
2. Exact plan and price in writing
You receive your detailed treatment plan with the exact price in US dollars. No surprises or hidden costs: what the document says is what you pay for the agreed treatment.
3. Reserve your spot
A reservation deposit secures your treatment dates on the clinic's schedule. If the in-person assessment shows you are not a candidate, the deposit is refunded under our refund policy.
4. Travel coordination
We help with hotel recommendations, airport-hotel-clinic transfers and your full appointment schedule, organized to make the most of your stay in Medellín.
5. Treatment in Medellín
Dra. Carolina Macareno's clinic performs your treatment. It works with premium implant systems such as Straumann and Neodent, the house standard, and we stay by your side during your whole stay.
6. Follow-up
Once you are back home we keep in touch: virtual follow-up with the clinic, care instructions and coordination of check-ups if your plan requires them.
